CT327 (pegylated K252A) is under development at the laboratories of Creabilis Therapeutics for the topical treatment of psoriasis. Bio3 has obtained worldwide marketing and business developments rights for CT327.
Creabilis Therapeutics has recently successfully completed the Phase I study for CT327 and has decided to start a Phase 2A clinical study which will be conducted by the fourth quarter of 2008 (please refer to Creabilis Therapeutics website www.creabilistherapeutics.com ).
