Bio3 Research and Syngen Inc. (CA/USA)/Protelix Inc. (CA/USA)

Bio3 Research has entered into a strategic alliance with Syngen Inc. (CA/USA) and Protelix Inc. (CA/USA) for the development, under their technological platform, of SiRNA HMGB1 specific and Mimic Abs anti-HMGB1 in cardiovascular field (e.g. Restenosis and Atherosclerotic Plaque progression inhibition).

Bio3 Research and Creabilis Therapeutics

Bio3 has a strategic alliance with Creabilis Therapeutics (Italy) for CT 327 (former CT 301/P), a compound under development for the topical treatment of psoriasis, and for CT301/R, a compound under development for the treatment of restenosis. A joint PCT application on CT301/R was recently filed.

Bio3 has obtained from Creabilis Therapeutics rights for the commercial exploitation of a family of new therapeutic agents (short duplex bent DNA, bent PNA, DNA/PNA hybrids, DNA/PNA chimeras, etc.) for the treatment of HMGB1-related pathologies in the cardiovascular field.
